At 10 you won’t here anything around you but set the headphones to one and more noise will flood into the cups allowing you to be more aware of your surroundings.

There’s even a new Conversation Mode which lets you gain the same awareness while enjoying content — so you can pause entertainment and noise cancellation simultaneously, chat face-to-face or listen for announcements, and resume where you left off when you’re done.

Finally, Bose says its headphones should last for 20 hours on a single charge and there’s a setting which will instantly turn them off when not being used.

Plus there’s the Google Assistant and Alexa already integrated for faster, easier access to these personal assistance.

The Noise Cancelling Headphones 700 are available from July 11 for £349.95, and can be pre-ordered now.

This means no matter how loud the background environment is, the person you are speaking to should get a clear and crisp experience.

This has been made possible via some clever rejection-array technology which adds a second line of defence, tracking then blocking the most disruptive remaining sound.

It’s not just phone calls that improve these cans as there’s also some added touch sensors which will help to control your music with needing buttons.

Simple swipes can pump up the volume, skip tracks and even tell you exactly how long the battery has left.

These are of course noise-cancelling cans and Bose says it has now improved things even further for users.

The Bose 700s use the next-generation noise cancellation for improved sound reduction, and sophisticated electronic circuitry that eliminates the “hiss” regularly heard in other headphones. Combined, they enable the 700’s new adjustable noise cancellation feature, which allows the user to change the level of the blocking in 10 stages.

The Bose QC35s are some of the best and most popular wireless headphones currently on the market.

However, the US audio firm is about to launch a new product which will offer numerous improvements over these current cans.

The Noise Cancelling Headphones 700 go on sale from July 11 and bring a new design plus improved performance to the Bose range.

Along with the usual impressive sound, one the most exciting extra feature coming to these music makers is the ability to offer noise cancellation when making phone calls.
